ADMISSIONS CONSULTING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that students should focus on the best-fit school over the biggest name. I help students do thorough research as well as some deep thinking about what experiences they want. I ask lots of questions in order to have my students be able to clearly articulate not only why they want to attend specific schools, but also what they hope to do, to learn, and to achieve during college and into their future. Ultimately, this is the student’s journey and they need to be able to choose a path that will help them thrive. Given that, I am also a stickler for deadlines and holding the student accountable. I am here to guide them, but not do their work. This is their future and I expect them to put in the necessary work to achieve their goals, which includes studying, researching, and looking internally.
